Helping You Build a Happier, More Content Life

For the past 30+ years, I’ve been on a passionate searching for answer one big question: “How do you feel truly good inside?”. I think I have spent over 9,000 hours into reading books, taking courses, and doing my best to apply everything I’ve learned in my own life. My commitment even took me to the US twice for trainings I couldn’t find in Australia. Along the way, I completed two post-graduate programs in mental health, including a Masters in Counselling (and even picked up a university award for academic excellence).

To be honest, sometimes I wonder if I’m the slowest learner out there! It wasn’t until about 8 years ago that the different pieces of what I’d learned finally started to come together in a way that really made sense to me. The answer I was looking for turned out to be much simpler that I expected.

I created this course to take the confusion and mystery out of becoming happy and content. I want to give people a map, a short cut, to save the wasted time and frustration I went through – and give you a practical way to boost your happiness in a way that truly works, without requiring a ton of effort. (I’ll admit, I can be a bit lazy myself!) I designed it to be as simple as possible, but please know this: the core areas we’ll cover are deceptively deep.
You’ll start seeing benefits during the course, but what’s even more exciting is that the more you apply what you learn, the more those benefits will grow over time.

I often think, Why didn’t we learn how to be happy when we were kids? It would have saved us all so much struggle as adults. This is the most important life skill that so many of us never learnt. This course is exactly what I wish someone had taught me 30 years ago.

My mission is twofold

To give 1,000 people the knowledge and skills to keep increasing their happiness and contentment, not just now, but each year for the rest of their life.

02.

Along the way, to have 100 parents of young children learn how to do this in their life, so that they are happier themselves, and can role model this for their child(ren), so their child(ren) learn how to be happy and content just like they learn how to walk and talk.
